"When my furnace was shut down by the gas company due to a gas odour, I phoned Roger’s Services Electrical & Mechanical immediately. (Roger had previously changed a part or two for me.) Since Roger himself was working in Kitchener that day, he phoned his friend who works with him when he can’t assist someone immediately. Pete, who runs his own business and is well qualified, found that the furnace needed major repairs. Since I have two gas fireplaces, I was able to keep my house reasonably warm without the huge heater they offered me before Roger installed a new Goodman within the next days. What pleased me was Roger phoning to check on my situation immediately after the day my furnace gave us the ghost.
